NEW TEK SOLUTIONS emerged in 1998 as a company dedicated to promoting foreign investment and providing new and better construction technologies in Mexico.
Seeing the rapid growth and development in Mexico as a whole, the founders of (N.T.C.S.) started by focusing there attention in the Los Cabos and La Paz area’s of the Baja. The company realized the need for an experienced development land broker. In addition to promoting developments in Mexico, the need for promoting alternate building methods that would be cost effective, energy efficient, and long lasting for this sometimes harsh climate was a must. Ease, speed and quality of construction were the primary customer requirements that we focused on. To satisfy these needs and to give the company its competitive edge, the decision to become the exclusive “Insulated Concrete Form” (ICF) builder / developer on the Baja was made.
Since 1998 ICF systems on the Baja peninsula have become well know for its energy efficiency and ease of construction. To date we have designed and built a variety of projects from basic homes to luxury villas, B & B’s, luxury condo projects and commercial properties. We have become very experienced in working with the Quad-Lock & Quad-Deck building system.
 Our Engineers and Architects are thrilled to work with such technology and have no problem engineering the system to meet the hurricane and seismic activity that has become ever more prevalent in 21 century. Thus far we have Engineered 7 storey condo projects with no problems. The broad acceptance of our ICF system for walls, floors and ceilings, proves that we made the right choice in 1998.

Accounting is a very important factor for foreign investors in Mexico that is why we facilitate purchasing development land, coordinate our legal department and accounting under one roof at NTC Solutions. By starting a development off right from purchasing the land and incorporating the development in a company portfolio with the right tax structure and planning from the conception is a large part of having a successful development from a financial stand point.
Our Architectural team is capable of handling any architectural design from a beach casita or a luxury custom home to a substantial condo/hotel/resort project. To date we have designed hundreds of thousands of livable square feet for home owners and developers.

As Administrator of NTC Solutions Leslie M. Zwaryck has 29 years of experience as a master builder from Canada, he has coordinated many residential and commercial projects, including medical facilities, condominiums and resorts giving him the knowledge and the experience allowing him to be diverse Project Manager and Constructor.
Benjamin L.W. Zwaryck (son) brings his 7 years experience to the NTC team as the General Manager of operations. His construction expertise in concrete solutions and his knowledge of concrete is a very important factor in Mexico. For the most part 90% of everything built in Mexico is cast in concrete making his participation a valued asset. His experience of ICF, tilt-up and pour in place slab construction has assisted NTC Solutions in there growth as a growing Development company as Project Manager Assistant in his specified field of experience.
For 5 decades the Zwaryck family has been apart of eveloping/managing/building in 4 countries. For many years in Canada they have been an active member of the B.C. Home Builder Association. They are active members of the Portland Cement Association and the Insulated Concrete Form Association, keeping them on top of all the new concrete solutions. Every new development in Mexico brings welcomed challenges as the ever changing market demands efficiency and ingenuity to be competitive and cost effective while providing energy efficiency and quality. |
