Neighborhood Special Features

The Neighborhood is comprised of 73 large lots overlooking the Quelele Lagoon.  Take a look at our ‘lots’ section for a closer view at that feature. 

A swimming pool and clubhouse are located in a convenient spot and include Club House, with a living room of Table Games, an esplanade for events, spits for cooking, and showers.  Parking is available nearby.  A main walkway made of tezontle and circling the Lagoon is planned for recreation and exercising.  Two tennis courts of regulation measures and a half court (basketball) will be located by the clubhouse.  Security will include a gated entrance, and 24-hour surveillance of the Naturaleza Quelele area. Gardening services will be available, and a maintainance crew will be available to see to any problems experienced by the residents.
